The four detainees to court pass along this morning.
The detainees include former director general of Emergency in the last Parliament, Joan Pol, former director general of taxation,Tomorrow_you_judge_a_mano, Jorge Sainz de Baranda, former director of the CAIB Patrimoni, Jaume Vidal, and former president of the Balearic Projects Group ( GPB), Federico Rodriguez Cerda.
The National Police released with charges left yesterday at 15.30 to the last of those arrested in Operation Bomsai, former clerk of CAIB Patrimoni, Fernando Morell, after he was arrested just after 12.00 am this morning to questioning in police custody.
Throughout yesterday afternoon continued the interrogation of the four arrested in the police station. Besides Morell also were released after being arrested the owner of the construction company Llabres Feliu, Miquel Llabres, and another of those arrested, MTF
The investigations are aimed to find out if public funds were diverted to private companies through Patrimoni CAIB during the process of building the new headquarters of the Department of Health and the fire station of Palma, as the contracts for the project award were agreed by the company publishes.
Specifically, the investigations on the award of both projects have been called Bomsai (separately, Fire-Health-Islands) the new operation, which is investigated whether the alleged crimes committed embezzlement of public funds,Reverte_expects_members_of_them, prevarication and traffic influences, among other possible offenses.
